Kaca21 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the kaca21 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation between the member and kaca21. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the relevant arbitration body or court in Malaysia.
